"My name is Loreen, and I create spiritual pop. Classical and Jazz are mainly what I listen to when I don't create myself, so the song I've chosen for my safe haven is from a band called Hidden Orchestra. Well, he is actually one person. And the name of the song is 'Wingbeats Source III'. The thing with this track is that he's implemented sounds of nature, so you can hear, like, winds in the background. I think it's actual real winds, he's been recording them, and it's like birds are there. Real birds, not the fake ones. It's just like being in the middle of nature and at the same time listening to music, it's absolutely beautiful and spiritual. I listen to this track whenever I feel I need to ground myself. It transports me to the actual reality. Sometimes we get caught up in things and we think it's a big deal, and whenever I listen to this song, I feel like 'Oh, wow, wait a minute. This is why I'm doing it. Things have, like, a bigger purpose.' It's connected to the spirit. It's connected to my soul."
