2HOLLIS Delivers Unparalelled New Album ‘boy’

20 year old Producer/ Songwriter/ Composer/ Vocalist, 2hollis, is an artist who is reshaping the music scene with his impressive genre challenging scope. His new album, simply entitled boy, showcases his expansive sound and depth – demonstrating both grandeur and moments of remarkable intimacy on this impressive expanse of music entirely written and produced by him. Across 13 tracks, meant to be heard in one sitting, he masterfully blends elements from the past decade of music with his signature sound and vocal presence, creating a real master work from someone so young.

Earlier this year he previewed the album with his single “light” – a wild shot through different sonics throughout, then followed up with “crush” – one of his more pop leaning tracks proving he can’t belong to just one genre. On boy,  2hollis takes listeners on a captivating journey, beginning with “you once said my name for the first time,” an emotional and anthemic slow-building track that evolves similarly to “Teenage soldier” and “promise,” eventually exploding with diverse elements. He also shines on tracks like “two bad,” “lie,” and “say it again,” to name a few.

While still in high school he was playlisted by Fourtet multiple times and shouted out by Skrillex, made Best New Artist by Pigeons & Planes, earned Best Music of 2023 by The Fader, been named Artist to Watch 2024 by Audiomack, earned Best New Tracks this year by Billboard, and has been courted by the industry heavily. Earlier this year he performed sold out headline shows across Europe and was shot by coveted international fashion magazine King Kong in a four page photo spread.
